What is Purna Yoga?
Purna Yoga is a unique, gentle style of yoga focusing on safety & alignment, perfect for stiff beginners and for relaxing after a busy work day. Purna Yoga comes from a serious lineage designed to bring the emotions, the mind and the body together so one can live with more joy and feel at home in their beautiful, unique body. Jessica's focus as a yoga instructor is to create a supportive environment for all ages so that more people may experience the wonderful benefits of yoga on the mat and in daily life.
Purna Yoga moves beyond the mat into life. Each student discovers how to use the asana practice to open up the body, to release tension and stiffness so more beautiful energies can flow bringing wisdom to the mind in order to help the individual flow throughout the physical world. Purna means complete and includes the four pillars of Purna Yoga; Asana & Pranayama, Heartfull Mediation, Nutrition & Lifestyle, Applied Philosophy.
