I have been attending yoga classes lead by Jessica for several years and she is one of my favorite instructors! Her knowledge of the body and dedication to continuing education makes me feel very comfortable practicing with her. She has a unique way of combining subtle movements that have an incredible impact, along with flows that can really get the heart pumping! I’m always learning useful information in every class.
